2026 has begun with a shift in my creative energy, particularly within the realms of grief work and open-hearted conversations with other bereaved people.
The small indie press I founded in 2023, Elixir & Star Press, is set to open for submissions soon, for a second New Zealand grief anthology.

This year will see some exciting developments with collaborative work and a return to the fiction project I started some years ago. I’ve been reflecting on the notion of ‘time’ and how deeply grief impacts this, on numerous levels. It is clear to me, that now is the ‘time’ to live a more consciously balanced creative life.
