I had the privilege of being invited to facilitate a Flash Fiction Workshop this weekend, at the inaugural Queenstown Writers Festival.
Imagine my surprise to find the event had sold out before I arrived! E hika!
My wonderful group and I spent two hours exploring the form, and headed out into the sunshine for an experiential exercise to engage, jostle up, and become aware of how we read the environment through our senses.

I was exquisitely cared for, well fed, beautifully housed, and enjoyed everything about the festival. Meeting new writers and familiar friends, was an absolute joy. PLUS I sold my remaining copies of then the wind came.
Whakawhetai ki a koutou – thank you all so much x
